Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is desirable
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Job description

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred in a hotel
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage. Lightspeed is a plus
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including days, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays
